In the years, since we committed our love and said our holy I do
How many time have I heard you say, " you've forgotten my birthday,
our anniversary, and all the holidays, that means so much to me,
sometimes I wonder, if you've forgotten the love, you claim you have for me"

Well love, I'm here to settle the score, and tell you how I truly feel
About the love, that resides inside my heart, not lost nor misplaced
Just unspoken, now my love, the time has come to express my feelings
To rekindle the flames and desires of the memories, I hold only for you

I thought about how to tell you this, as we approach our 30th anniversary
So I decided to buy a card, and write my dreams, into words
And describe the love, I have for you, which radiates deep, from within my soul

It seems over the years, I've forgotten how it used to be
I remember when we were young, I loved just being together
So eager was I, to share our thoughts, made me quiver with sheer delight

I'm sorry I've hurt you, I know the love you have for me, has never changed
But as we approach our golden years, I want the memories of our youth
To bring us together, the way it used to be, to you my love, I say this

There's no one who can match, what you've done for me
The time has come to tell you this, and bring the dreams we've shared together
Back into our lives
