Angels, Rainbows, & Painted Stars

Dedicated To: Madelline Rose Magallanes

Angels, Rainbows, and Painted Stars are God's special gifts, to his flock
The beauty which they display, is indeed a sight to behold

Angels come to guide us, for those who truly believe
And Rainbows are a sign from God, of the divinity of his grace

For in between these presents, he gives free to one and all
Lie the stars, which God has painted upon the canvas of his sky

But even more amazing, than all which we have seen
Is the knowledge of what he has given, is just a preview of what's to come

So if we decide these visions, is worth a trip with him
Then think what waits for us in heaven, in the palace we'll call our home

It seems impossible that I can say "this is a special poem" every time I read one of your writes -- and yet, this IS a special poem and you surely know why. Angels, I so strongly believe in their guidance and presence, Rainbows, they are a special love for me with their magic beauty as a sign from Above to strengthen in need, to stir a smile in happy times, to build a bridge to loved ones far apart and Painted Stars, forever the mystic wonders of the universe, admired from childhood days till the end of our time and nothing is more romantic than a starry sky. Many reasons why this is such a special poem to me and to many who will read it - of this I am sure. Thank you for sharing it, Roland!
